New shrubs and other lanscaping near the new dog kennel building. The Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A. is improving the shelters look. In addition the shelter is now adding new landscaping under the direction of Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A. Board President Stan Krafft.

Canned Food Supplies Low
May 2008

The Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A. is running out of canned dog food and canned cat food. For the past few years the shelter had been receiving canned food donations from a supplier, but that has since stopped. Recent economic issues in the Stockton area have also slowed incoming donations to a near halt. We are asking the public for help in donating canned dog and cat food at this time. Remember all donations are tax deductible and can be dropped off at the Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A. located at 4590 S. HWY 99 Frontage Road in Stockton, California, Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Alexis had a Shelter Gifting Party rather than a Birthday Party where she accepted presents for the shelter rather than receive gifts for herself.

Again the Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A. would like to thank Alexis for her kindness and donation to the shelter.
