The Delta Humane Society houses over 200 animals
every day. Each of these animals hope to find a caring
and loving home someday. These animals usually are cats,
dogs, kittens, and puppies. There are the occasional
exceptions such as birds, rabbits, or other unique pet.

To adopt an animal from the Delta Humane Society you
must fill out an adoption application and contract.
To save time for those who rent or live in apartments
please beware that some landlords may require a pet
security deposit. This must be taken care of before
the adoption.

Pets listed in these Online Adoption Rooms are available
for adoption Tuesday through Saturday between 12:00
pm and 5:00 pm. These animals may be adopted faster
than we update this web site, therefore no guaranties
are made on the availability of any given pet. Also
there are several pets that never make it to the web
because they are adopted out quicker than we can take
their picture and post them. We also encourage you to
check out the main shelter because of this fact.
